The property have many problems , they cut the water for maintenance, so I have to take a shower early or don’t be possible after 4 pm , AC not working for 3 days terrible , location is really good but really bad maintenance . The staff is really good . Look for better place if is important for you the AC AND THE WATER .

Not a 4*.... will never stay there again!!!

Awful reception staff (fat bearded guy) had bad manners and gave unsafe recommendations. Sent my partner walking to Puerto Madero....when it is widely known the suurounding area is unsafe. When I complained about it he almost shouted at me.... Anyway, big rooms but dated and super noisy (could barely sleep 3hrs! From 2 to 5am). Do not stay there unless you have no option.

Certamente necessita de manutenção básica. O desperdício de água é irritante. Vaso sanitário, bidê, torneira da pia, torneira da banheira vazavam ininterruptamente. Quarto com ar condicionado sem eficiência em pleno verão. Telefone (interfone) do quarto estava quebrado e disseram que em outros quartos também estravam. Quarto sem frigobar, ou seja, quente e sem condição de ter uma água gelada para tomar. Enfim, somente os quesitos limpeza, localização e café da manhã estavam adequados. Custo benefício, em termos de entrega do serviço, não compensa.

Assim que fizemos o check-in (15h) descobrimos que o hotel estava sem água e a equipe da manutenção estava atuando para consertar. Porém foi uma situação bem incômoda, pois gostaríamos de chegar, tomar banho e tirar aquela “sujeira” de trajeto de viagens. Problema foi resolvido a noite (19h). O que valeu toda esse incomodo foi a vista do quarto! Ao abrir a janela é possível ver o Obelisco e apreciar o amanhã e anoitecer!!! No mais, o café da manhã estava bom.

A localização do hotel é incrível! Perto de várias atrações, em uma avenida movimentada e de fácil acesso. Quarto grande, cama OK, não tem frigobar, no banheiro é banheira, sem box. As toalhas estavam manchadas, pedimos para trocar algumas vezes. O café da manhã é continental, com 3 tipos de frutas, croissant, pães, ovos, queijo e presunto. À vista é bem agradável.

Hotel dentro da expectativa, muito bem localizado, café da manhã ok, porém com poucas variedades, mas nada que vá fazer muita diferença. Não tem ar condicionado, somente aquecedor, mas também não fez falta, se quiser usufruir da banheira do banheiro como banheira mesmo, precisa pedir o “ tampão “ a camareira arruma bem rapidinho. Banheiro não tem blindex ou cortina, o único ponte ruim, pois a água é forte e acaba molhando o banheiro. De resto, voltaria.
