Everything about this place was great. Michaela went above and beyond with making our stay comfortable. The apartment was comfortable, modern, clean and spacious. The location was very convenient to Palermo and the Green line. If this hotel existed in every city, it is all I would stay in.

Excellent customer service and communication. They stored our bags for us as a courtesy, not just when we were in the area but also when we left the city for a couple of days. We appreciated the amenities, including the free use of a washing machine for our laundry. We would highly recommend this property.

The staff was helpful and communicative. The rooms were large and the air conditioning worked well. The rooms facing the street were noisy until late at night, as there was a constant flow of city buses that rumbled the building. The rooms in the back were quiet, though we might have been lucky that there were no neighbors in the large courtyard of other buildings having a party because it wasn't the weekend. The bathrooms exhibited some signs of water damage and possible mold in places, and should receive some maintenance.
