The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home. In addition, it has air conditioning and high-speed internet access so you can enjoy your stay with all the comforts.
The building has security 24 hours a day, solarium and laundry so you can enjoy your free time without worries. You can also enjoy the pool and gym, if available during your stay.
The apartment has a large balcony so you can enjoy the fresh air while having your morning coffee or relaxing after a long day.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Recoleta is an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina, known for its beautiful mansions, high-end shops, and its famous cemetery where the remains of Argentine historical figures rest. It is also a cultural center with several museums and art galleries, and has a wide range of restaurants and cafes. Getting Around:
Recoleta offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
