Good value for the money, just got some sleep

Great service, nice rooms. Air conditioning didn't work, but didn't have time to go to the front desk as it was a short stay to get some sleep.

Fomos bem recepcionados, pagamos a taxa de $1 dólar referente a taxa da cidade, café da manhã simples mas saboroso, cama confortável, elevador mais antigo porém funcional, o quarto estava bem limpo e cheiroso porém precisava de manutenções, algumas paredes estavam com infiltrações e “fofas”, o que pode desencadear crises alérgicas. Moveis mais antigos porém todos funcionais e confortáveis.

Le restaurant est très bien / Les employés sont très biens / La chambre est une horreur. Voici une liste des choses brisées ou non fonctionnelles: 1) Vitre brisée 2) Volet bloqué 3) Téléphone sans tonalité 4) Lampes de chevet brisées 5) Climatiseur brisé 6) Matelas défoncé 7) Coffre-fort brisé et 8) Toilette dont la porte bloque l'accès à la cuvette. L'utilisateur ne dispose que de 30 cm entre le lavabo et la porte pour entrer ou sortir.

Lugar maravilhoso , ótima localização , fácil acesso a restaurantes , compras e pontos turísticos. Atendimento excelente. Não é um hotel 5 estrelas mas é o suficiente para uma viagem de lazer e muito mais se for uma viagem a negócios.

É certo que procurei um Hotel simples, 3 estrelas, porém esse Hotel foi bem abaixo do que esperei. A localização é perfeita (minha terceira vez em BUE); atendimento da equipe, cordial, todos educados, limpeza e troca de lençóis e toalhas diários. Café da manhã não foi breakfast como informado, até que bom, mas bem simples. Banheiro minúsculo, com banheira que não funciona, pois não tem tampo do ralo; tomadas para carregar notebooks e celulares, somente duas no banheiro. Telefone de cabeceira existe, porém mudo !, não funciona. Precisei de papel higiênico, pois não tinha e tive que descer até a portaria para pedir. O Hotel se intitula como um 4****, mas em minha opinião de Agente de Viagens, profissão que exerci por 40 anos, não deveria ter nem 2 **. Percebi que o Sheltown faz parte de outros dois Hotéis, que não lembro agora, já que a embalagem do referido papel higiênico é do 525 .... Enfim, deixou bastante a desejar, mas graças aos funcionários e a localização, valeu !!

Ótimo custo benefício. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a maioria dos pontos turísticos. Valeu muito a pena. Os funcionários são muito gente boa. O café da manhã estava enjoando depois de 5 dias e por não ter muita variedade mas é muito gostoso. Limpeza excelente. Galera reclama que os hotéis tem estrutura antiga, mas não tem jeito é padrão no centro de Buenos Aires.

Lamentável

O café da manhã é sempre o mesmo, não tem nenhuma variação. Os utensílios do quarto são bem antigos e precisam ser trocados, a cama é de molas e está bem deteriorada. A limpeza do quarto não foi feita diariamente e mesmo pedindo a camareira não trocou as roupas de camas nesses 8 dias de estadia e tinha dificuldades para repor os utensílios de banho. O que salvou a estadia foi a proatividade, educação e atenção dos senhores Orlando e Adriano.
