It works very fine. It feels like a private large apartment. The area is a bit shady, too dark and dirty but very centrally located. My stay was very efficient, clean, and safe indoors the building. The neighborhood is central but dirty and dark as most of Argentina is nowadays after so many years of oscuridad darkness.
