Bekvämt, rent och väldigt prisvärt hotell.

Jag sökte ett bra hotell till ett bra pris och det fann jag. Det passade för oss som gärna tog frukosten när det passade och då slapp vi gå upp tidigt.Det har bra kommunikationer ner till staden. Buss 39 alldeles vid hörnet. Annars också nära till Metron och andra bussar borta vid Av. Santa Fé Bra restauranter i området, Idylliskt. Här bor jag gärna igen.

We were looking for a place that was quiet, comfortable, a good place to work, and near to good restaurants and cafe. Palermo Place nailed it! Big bed, big rooms, lovely staff and all around pleasant experience.

Hotel sin lobby

No es bueno que el desayuno debas tomarlo fuera del hotel. El frigobar lo tenes que llenar vos. Su querés comer un sandwich en la habitación, tenés que ir a comprarlo fuera del hotel. 99 dólares la noche sin esos servicios lo convierte en un hotel muy caro.

7 people including me where stuck on the elevator,

7 people were trapped by the elevator including me, the elevator indicated a maximum of 8 people. The firemen took us out. The elevator does not have a weight sensor; very important, be carefull !!!!!

O outro lado de Palermo

Normalmente, as pessoas ficam ali em Palermo Viejo, que tem suas joias, suas lojas e recantos escondidos. Mas Palermo Hollywood também tem, e esse hotel é uma ótima opção para curtir a gastronomia e o comércio em torno da Fitz Roy, a rua mais movimentada do bairro.

Vale pela localização em Palermo. Quarto grande e confortável, banheiro com tamanho ok. Quando chegamos não havia ninguém na recepção mas não esperamos nem 5 minutos.

Comfortable and well located with all facilities

Great area with many shops and bars and close to the center. The Room is very comfortable and the kitchenette gives you flexibility. There is a gym with a great view on the top floor. Very friendly staff always available to help.

El hotel en sí, es bueno. La habitación es amplia, luminosa, cómoda. Si no fuera por el precio, estaría bien, pero no tiene lobby ni comedor, y el desayuno se debe tomar en otro establecimiento. No tiene cocheras, lamentablemente me dí cuenta dos días después de comprar la estadía. Yo pagué por una habitación "de luxe" con king bed y me dieron una con dos camas individuales unidas. La principal diferencia e incomodidad radica en que el marco perimetral de acero de los colchones coinciden en el medio, y para mi, que fui en pareja fue un verdadero problema ya que no podíamos dormir juntos en el centro de la cama. O dormíamos cada uno por nuestro lado o nos amontonábamos en un solo colchón.

In town for business

Hotel staff is very nice. Amenities are very basic. Room is spacious and includes a half-kitchen. Bathroom is dated and toiletries are low grade. Location is good for walking to a variety of restaurants but terrible for weekday traffic (in & out) depending on where you're headed.
