Staff is somewhat pleasant. Some are espetacular, e.g. Aldana and Francisco. Other are average. And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. This is a hoStel, a good one, and above average. There are individual and shared rooms .

Wonderful staff

The hostel all well and good, but the staff is really what made the stay special for me. They were incredibly kind and welcoming and really took the extra steps to make sure I enjoyed my stay at not just the hostel but also the city itself

Vale a pena pela localização!

O hostel é muito bem localizado, fica em uma ótima rua cheia de bares e restaurantes. Não fica longe dos pontos de ônibus também. Todas as camas possuem tomadas, nem todas são do modelo universal. Os quartos são bem espaçosos, mas bem quentes. O café da manhã é gostoso através de um voucher em uma cafeteria que pertence ao hostel. O atendente Matheus e o outro rapaz são muito educados e atendem muitíssimo bem. A única coisa que detestei e fiquei irritado quando cheguei foi o atendimento da moça de cabelo curto que demonstra total apatia e muita má vontade no atendimento, parece que não quer estar ali.

Reserve por medii de una plataforma, la cual es también una estafa, Expedia, cuando llegue al ñugar me dijeron que no tenian la habitación, que habia sido error del sistema que ellos no se podian hacer cargo y no me quieren ni quisieron devolverme el dinero, pesimos como empresa, cero soluciones. Me estafaron!!!!

Hostel calmo e confortável

Os atendentes foram muito gentis. Eu cheguei no dia 9 e precisava fazer o pagamento na entrada, porém solicitei que eu passasse o cartão na virada da noite (dia 10) e compreenderam perfeitamente. Ganhei um drinque muito saboroso. Minhas vizinhas/ parceiras de habitação foram muito queridas. Todos outros hóspedes muito respeitosos. Cumpriram os horários de silêncio. Banheiro limpo e ducha muito boa. Gostei muito do hostel. Se eu tiver outra oportunidade de voltar, vou ver para me hospedar novamente lá. Duas reclamações: Na minha cama, não tinha escada. Nas outras tinha. Teve um dia que faltou água, PORÉM arrumaram em poucas horas. Conclusão: gostei muito.
