Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
They switched us to a different address, 6-7 blocks from our booking. The new place was set up for only 2 adults and we had to wait for them to send is towels and bedding for our 3rd adult. But what was truly terrible was that none of the blackouts curtains worked meaning we had no privacy at all. One entire side of this apartment has floor to ceiling windows. These were huge windows. Hestia administrators were aware of this problem from before our arrival and still they chose to host us in that place.
According to them, they were waiting for a new remote control since the other one was beyond repair.
