"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. However, it is a nice a location, close to the mentro station, and very friendly staff. "

"I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
