"This place is the place to stay. Every thing you need is there. I wish I was not so tired I would of went to the hot tub. Bathroom nice and roomy, it had a bathtub which was a nice change , the place was very clean. The staff were wonderful and kind , patient. They had a High School reunion happening there. It was all decked out. Happy vibe throughout the place. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Very clean dining room. Everything about this place was great. I highly recommend and we will stay again should we come this way again. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows which is nice we love having pillows ."

"This was our second stay at this property. It is such an amazing place! Full kitchen with all the cookware and dining needs, comfortable beds, laundry, all in a cozy, quiet environment. We binged on Roku TV! We made an error in our reservation and contacted Larry on our way there. He made arrangements to accommodate us. He is a great host! Not many consider Northern Iowa for a vacation destination, but this is an oasis if you are looking to simply unwind from your daily grind."
