The one time I didn't read reviews before booking something!!! Me and my daughter went to a concert at Darien and didn't want to drive 2 hours home after so I found this place online and reserved it. Check in was EXTREMELY weird. The owner was talking to a guy about getting a girl out of there and she's safe now.. He told her she can clean the room now.. It was just a weird freaking conversation. We checked in and went to the concert. We got back around 11pm.. there were about 10-15 ppl in front of our room door drinking yelling and blasting music.. then more people came. That went on until about 4am and just kept getting louder.. the next day I asked someone else if they heard it. Apparently it's like that every night there the owner refuses refunds or even partial refunds. Never again! Oh and as soon as we walked in the room I felt the need to check everywhere for bed bugs or roaches..I guess there is 1 good thing.. I didn't see any

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel in New Jersey for two days. The hotel was very clean, which we appreciated, but the overall cost was too high. We had to pay separately for breakfast and parking, and after our stay, we were charged an additional $60 with no explanation. It would have been helpful if this charge had been communicated to us. While the hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, the extra costs were disappointing.

Its started with the customer service. The customer service is poor. I asked for a business card and the woman at the desk was very rude and raising her voice, very insulting. The room reaked of smoke and i have asthma. Bathroom was dirty,including toilet and tub. Toulet seat had no top to it. It was disgusting and will never go back there again.
