"The staff there is EXCELLENT, the front desk clerk work efficiently with Expedia to get me in a room at 1130pm after another hotel gave my room away due to my late flight arrival, and Seth the food and bar service attendant was GREAT also, very attentive but not overwhelming. Great hotel to stay at, it's definitely on my list to refer my friends, family and co-workers to stay at when in Springfield. "
