Welcome to our resort-like retreat (5bd/3ba) on the south end of Lake Lanier! Relax and let your stress melt away or create fun family memories. This is our personal vacation home, and we hope you love it as much as we do.
The property provides 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a tie-up for your boat or a rental from a nearby marina. Note: Our boat is not available for rent.

The lake is just a short walk away, with deep, clear water and a prime location close to everything. Both the path to the main dock and the dock itself are illuminated at night. We also have a second dock that is fully enclosed, perfect for fishing!

Grill or cook on your own, or drive 10 minutes to downtown Buford for great food and music. You can also order Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Instacart, all delivered right to the doorstep.
⛳ Nearby Attractions
You’re a short drive or boat ride from Lanier Islands/Margaritaville, where you can golf or visit the water park. If Margaritaville is doing fireworks, you can see them from one of our docks. In the cooler months, enjoy the "Magical Nights of Lights" and "Snow Island" with a 7-mile tour of light displays and holiday attractions.
🚤 Boating & Water Activities
Rent a boat and/or jet skis at Holiday Marina, or bring your own and tie up at our dock (there’s a boat ramp across the cove at Lanier Harbor Marina). Or just sit on the dock and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets on the two swings or provided chairs. You’ll also have access to two kayaks (with backrests) and two paddleboards during your stay on our huge NO-WAKE cove.

Enjoy over 3000 sq feet of wide-open space with lots of privacy and plenty of places to relax. This is our personal home and our only rental, so we aim to provide a personal touch.

4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own TV, as well as TVs in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. All TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The main living area and main bedroom TVs also have Hulu, HBO Max, Disney Plus, and Apple TV. Feel free to use our accounts or our extensive Apple Movie Library (over 700 movies!)—just no purchases, please!

🐾 Pets
Please disclose any pets joining you at the time of reservation. We allow up to two well-mannered, house-trained dogs of any size (Sorry – no cats due to allergies). Unfortunately, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers are not allowed due to insurance liability. Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash in accordance with county laws. The pet fee is $200.00 for 1-2 dogs.
🚗 Parking
Ample parking is available for up to 4 large SUVs. No street parking is allowed due to narrow roads.
⛵ Boat Off-Limits
The owner's boat at the dock is strictly off-limits. A $2,000 fine plus any additional damages will be imposed if tampered with.
🔊 Respect the Neighbors
No loud parties or excessive noise late at night. Neighbors are reasonable but will call the police if disturbed. Parties will result in an instant cancellation of the reservation.
🔒 Security
For your safety, we've installed a Ring Doorbell and a camera at the dock. No interior cameras are present.
⚠️ Safety Precautions
Be cautious around the property’s uneven surfaces, slopes, and steps, especially with children. Water activities and dock access come with inherent risks; take appropriate safety measures. Children under 13 should wear a life jacket, which we provide (sizes may vary).
🦌 Wildlife
You might spot some of our local wildlife enjoying the area! From cute box turtles to graceful deer, our critters love living near the water and woods too. Please admire them from a distance and let them be—they’re happiest that way! And remember, box turtles are adorable but illegal to keep.
