"The staff are very help full, room is big , clean, the hotel is near the mall it was good, there is one time though that we are asking for coffee and milk the reception said in ten minutes but they did not come at all ,stayed there for 3 nights"

"This hotel has restored our faith in Best Western hotels! It has everything you want from an excellent hotel - great staff, comfortable rooms and a super breakfast. Additionally, there is free parking (on a first-come, first served basis) and it is close to the autoroute but very quiet. We were allocated a room in the annex and our room's blackout was excellent. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was hugely tasty and not too expensive for the Mulhouse/Colmar region. We will be back - many thanks to all concerned for making this such a memorable and comfortable visit!"

"Top location. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful . Even issued me a parking slot , in underground parking. So motorcycle was safe , thanks for that. Only things is , you need to wash all plates and cutlery , basically if you using kitchen you need to left it cleans it was . otherwise they will charge you 40 euros."

"Great location and an easy tram ride from the station. We stayed before a Viking River Cruise. Viking has a desk on the lobby. The rooms were great. They were quiet, nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff could have not been more helpful."
