"Rooms were immaculate and cleaning staff worked very hard. Breakfast was ok. Considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, meaning that gusts may choose to stay and utilise the bar, I would have thought that keeping the bar staffed would be a priority? Sadly not! Had to repeatedly ask for some e to serve our group of 6 people. Ended up just leaving due to the wait one night. When we complained, we got shouted at! Pool area and corridors had a drain smell but luckily this didn’t extend to the rooms. Overall, good for a quick stop over - but that’s all! "

"The room was very cool. It is a historic building so the bed felt like it had come when beds were first invented 😅 so be prepared for that :) other than that,, my stay was lovely! "

"Nice location, clean and comfortable room with great beads, the minus is that you have to pay for garage parking as a hotel guest and breakfast was nice with the sweets but the eggs looks like from the package."

"A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers. Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking. Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena. "
