"Great location. Staff is helpful and customer oriented. Modern design. Wouldn’t hurt to do better maintenance. Balcony door hard to open and close. Fan in the bathroom not working. Our racks loose and wobbly. It’s only cosmetics so it shouldn’t be hard to have it fixed."

"Great hotel with a real thermal spa in and outside.Great territory.Half board include smsll lunch between 12-5 pm near pool!!!! Great view on sunset.Food is normal for this price.In the morning you can see a baloons parade in the sky."

"This hotel was a good find, clean newly constructed or renovated. Breakfast with big and well presented. Home cooked. They have a restaurant on site. Staff are helpful, they have a service which will drop you to the upper gate free. Close to the bus stop to go to Denizli. Coffee and tea in the room ."

"Very nice lodging. Not walking distance to Pamukkale but a very short drive. Staff were very accommodating, especially after I'd sprained my ankle while walking around the ruins."
