"we enjoyed our stay here in Rovinj - the apartment has been updated and was spacious and clean . the location was great - in the old town , steps away from the market , restaurants and water . you definitely do not need a car from here. the manager was attentive and responsive . it is an old building and the stairs to get up to the property are very steep and narrow which could be an issue for some."

"Sehr netter und stets hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der darĂŒber hinaus auch sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Apartment war sehr gerĂ€umig, jeder hatte RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten, sehr große und schöne Außenterrasse, ideal zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken. Pool war groß genug zum AbkĂŒhlen. Parken direkt vor dem Haus, umbautes GelĂ€nde mit Zugangskontrolle war sehr angenehm. Das GelĂ€nde ist etwas außerhalb, dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen, auch die naheliegende Straße war nicht störend, da sie nicht sonderlich stark befahren zu sein...
