"We had a short (one night) stay but thought the hotel was great. We had free parking right outside our room which came with standard amenities and was spacious. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, just so accommodating. We were ready to book in for a family swim session but were so pleased it was free as we were guests, the pool area is lovely and has a lovely hot tub/ sauna. They provided all towels for the spa too so no need to bring your own from your room. We booked in the restaurant and had no issue booking in with a high chair for our 1yr old, we ordered a light bite for her and the chef was happy to make it smaller for her - they offered this without us requesting. Breakfast was great, help yourself to fruits/drinks/toast and then order a large plated breakfast from the menu - lots of choice and all really tasty. The only thing was that our room was absolutely boiling and we could only open a patio door to let some air in, which was fine until we wanted to sleep as it was a fairly climbable wall by the outside road and didn’t feel it was wise to leave it open all night while we slept. Perhaps there was a way to keep it ajar without it being opened from the outside and we didn’t realise. Overall though, the staff were just super friendly and provided the best customer service, it really makes such a difference when staff are genuinely helpful. "

"Nant Ddu Lodge was a lovely relaxing place to stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely we had breakfast within the price our stay which had both continental and cooked along side fruit and cereals to choose from, we also had evening meal in the restaurant which I could not fault. The swimming pool was a lovey place to chill after a day of exploring. Will definitely be returning again."

"We could not fault this hotel. All staff were friendly and polite and went out of their way to help. Beautiful location and very peaceful. We felt like the only people in the hotel at times. The spa especially was never over crowded and felt very exclusive.Our suite in the main building was extremely spacious, clean and very well appointed. Large well appointed bathroom. The food was exceptional, the cooked breakfast was delicious and the evening meal was very special indeed. If you like traditional furnished hotels you cannot beat this place and we will definately return in the future. "
