"I have seen some not so great reviews for this place elsewhere and i find them unfair. This place has only been open for 2 months and i think they are on track to be a super success. Rooms are comfortable and the host are WONDERFUL. Some people have complained about proximity to other things ...this place is a bit by itself but penida doesnt really have a booming town anywhere so i dont think its location matters, plus you will likely be renting a scooter once on the island anyway...apit handles...

"Simple accommodation. Very comfortable bed. Hot and cold water for drinks. Shower and bathroom basic but efficent. 5 min walk to lots of restaurants. "

Note that the noise from the bar next door is really loud as mentioned by other reviews, but it stopped by 11 and is generally very peaceful after that."

"Such a special place in nature. So relaxing and authentic, family run lodging. Rooms were large and spacious with gorgeous views over the rice fields and mountain. Staff all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!"
