"We stayed for a week and the experience was fantastic. The resort is lovely, quite quiet but that was what we wanted. The staff are what make the property so brilliant though, everyone was lovely and couldn't be of more help. Would highly recommend."

"An absolutely amazing place to stay. Full of history and the house tour is a must. You are staying in a tourist attraction! The location is ideal for the old part of George Town, easily walkable. It’s located adjacent to a food market which to play music until quite late, finishing between 11pm and midnight. This didn’t however takeaway from the remarkable place that this is."

A stand out food wise in Penang is the restaurant Lili - exceptional chef, talent to watch!"

"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . Well done 👍 Dont worry the Ozo stuff will be there to assist you . Would love to come back again 👍😍 From. Jim & Jasica"
