Ideally located in a serene area of Grizane, near the center of Crikvenica, the house is a peaceful retreat. "Wir waren für 10 Nächte mit insgesamt 7 Personen im Greenhouse.Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich von den Vermietern, mit kühlen Getränken, empfangen. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Es ist großzügig, mit fünf Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern. Wir haben ausschließlich die Außenküche genutzt, die super ausgestattet ist und zum Grillen und Frühstücken im Freien einlädt. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Alle zwei Tage kam jemand zur Reinigung und Pflege. Bei Problemen waren...

"Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Besitzer ☺️Seit kurzem ist eine neue Küche mit Spülmaschine und zwei Kühlschränken (inkl. Gefrierfach) vorhanden. Das Haus - Anwesen sind sauber. Der Pool wird täglich morgens gereinigt. Das Haus und der dazugehörige Hof mit Weintraubenlaube ist von einer Mauer umgeben und abschliessbar, es ist ruhig, von den Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Mit dem Auto oder Taxi erreicht man in 10 - 15 Minuten Crikvernica und tolle Strände mit glasklarem Wasser."

"We had a lovely time at villa Olivia. The hostesses were so kind and welcoming. Perfekt location near many beaches if you go by car. Near selfie, crickvenica or other location. Quiet and peaceful , perfekt pool area, very nice house , clean and spotless. If I come to this area again I would definitely choose to live hear again. "

Die absolute Privatheit, der Ausblick aus dem Infinity (!) Pool in das Tal des und auf die steilen Berge…. Ich gerate echt ins Schwärmen! Der Weg dorthin ist etwas abenteuerlich, steile und enge Strassen und mein Navi hatte aufgegeben… Aber die Belohnung kam bei der Ankunft. An der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst, außer vielleicht...

"As soon as we walked into this house we were blown away. We have stayed in a lot of villas across the world and this has by far been the best. The attention to detail made it feel like a home from home. Boris, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended lots of lovely restaurants and places to visit. He was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him and was always willing to help. The outside area and pool area is fantastic, with an outdoor kitchen, a separate grassed garden and multiple seating areas. Not to mention the stunning view. We would recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for a fantastic week. "
