"Pros - Gorgeous setting in a pretty garden with a lovely pool. Very peaceful with no traffic noise - great for light sleepers. If you need to head out sightseeing before breakfast time, they can provide a breakfast box. Our balcony was spacious and came with a drying rack which came in really handy. Staff are helpful. The bed only has sheets but if you request a blanket they provide one straight away. And it’s just a minute’s walk to the beach, and surrounded by cafes, laundry services and beauty therapy spas. Cons - We booked a standard twin room on Expedia 11 months in advance, and although the booking conditions stated a twin room wasn’t guaranteed, we were disappointed that with such a long booking period the hotel didn’t have any twins available. I tried to get a rollaway bed instead, as the Expedia advertisement said the room came with rollaway/extra beds for free, but the hotel said there was a charge for them. The Expedia ad also said the room had a minibar and electric kettle, but it did not. I don’t know if this is Expedia’s error or the hotel’s, but I mention it so people who do need a minibar, kettle or rollaway bed have realistic expectations. There was also a small hole in the door to the balcony which I stuffed with toilet paper so mosquitos couldn’t get in - that worked well, so if you get the same room as us you should try that."

"There was a terrible chainsaw going on every day for hours disturbing the peaceful environment from local villagers cutting down trees on the opposite side of the valley. Bale 3 is next to the inclinator moving luggage and cargo up and down which again is very irritating. ALL employees are extremely helpful and kind , accommodating anything you ask for l. The bales (we change three due to noise) are outstanding !"

"Adi is excellent , very professional, helpful , kind and patient. The staff were also very polite , friendly and give service . The hotel is beautiful in a relaxing Jungle , you feel as if are living in our own house all secluded and in a magical spot . Best place to relax unwind and enjoy the spirit and beauty of Bali. "Favoloso hotel nella zona di Bedugul, ideale per visitare il tempio o per vedere le cascate. Molto curato ho giardino, con un divertente spettacolo di luci. "This was a real find. We stayed two nights and were welcomed like family. Our suite was stunning - huge, with a sitting room, dressing room and gorgeous bathroom. Our room overlooked the beautiful pool and ocean. We arranged car to our next destination, dolphin swimming and massage through the manager and all were competitively priced and perfect. Swimming with dolphins was awesome. The sea view and breeze is perfect . A beautiful, quiet, boutique hotel designed for relaxing. Just outside the back gate are two sensational warungs - great variety and fabulous food - 20 metres away. The breakfast was sensationsl. Would absolutely stay again….."
