"We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time. They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time. "

"The impression is ambiguous. Stayed for one night. The hotel is modern. Nice restaurant. Waited a long time, the food wasn't very good. The staff seems to be quite inexperienced, although they are nice. The hotel is on the road. My room was on the 4th floor, large, with a view on the lake. Nice. The bed is comfortable. Owners said that money for booking we payd with Expedia still on hold and they cannot refund and I must call to Expedia. Expedia open ticket and for two days there was no news, but then they said than they cannot refund my money. So I lost more than 400 euro for 4 night. And I’m depressed and wery sad. "
