"Entire staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you enjoy every moment of your stay. They even let us check out late (normally 12noon) knowing our flight to Manila was in the evening. All available water sports amenities were complementary including vest and snorkeling gear. Lifeguard is available all day and always ready to help — ie use paddle board or launch kayak. Filtered water is available all throughout the facility which is a delight given the Palawan heat. Will surely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. We had the best experience ever— better than Hawaii or Cabo— from staff to beach view and beach time including the pool and spa. Thank you Seda for a wonderful start of our retirement journey."

"Our stay at Charlie’s El Nido was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded expectations. The rooms were perfect — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast every day was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The omelet station was a highlight, along with fresh fruit selections, a variety of hot dishes, and fluffy pancakes made fresh upon request. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. What really made this stay special was the staff. Every single team member — from the front desk and restaurant staff to security and transportation personnel — was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were great as well, including a full bar, gym, and a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing after island tours. Overall, Charlie’s El Nido is a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Nido! "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the villa and would rate the entire experience a perfect 10 out of 10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with refreshing coconut drinks waiting for us, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the amazing private pool. It was beautifully maintained, offering complete privacy and the perfect place to unwind at any time of the day. Whether it was a morning swim or a quiet evening dip, it truly made the stay feel luxurious. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. We decided to rent motorbikes during our stay, and the staff made the whole process effortless, providing great support and guidance, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The food was another standout feature. Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. It added so much to the overall experience and made dining at the villa something we looked forward to every day. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift of homemade cashew sweets with sugar, which was a lovely and memorable touch. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. "Staff and the view was good but this place is in remote area only access to the hotel is by hotel truck. This place is fair away from city or beaches with no access to transport and the hotel’s transportation is very expensive with time limitations because after 10pm They close then no support or answer by phone. we get for our check in by 10:40pm it was miserable no answer by phone, instructions or support we was stopped by armed guards in the middle of hill with heavy luggages. Really bad experience. We have booked for 4 nights but we left after first night without refunds we booked other hotel because make no sense spending our vacation time inside the hotel or without freedom to enjoy El Nido."

"The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there "

"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "
