The Spanish woman at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was big and clean. Great stay overall. The only improvement we would suggest is that the room was too hot, no matter what setting we changed on the AC.

Good Place to stay in Bulle, Great Service

The hotel is conviently located near the centre of Bulle. The staff was super friendly and even offered us free entries to the Bains de la Gruyere, a thermal spa in the vicinity (15min drive). Even though the main building was undergoing renovations, we had one of the newly renovated rooms in the other part of the hotel which was very nice. Free water bottles and chocolate bars in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Definately would recommend. 👍👍

Terrible leave your night risk in one phone call, way they don’t have a phone there with direct line ,I don’t know from where they have the stars ,just think if a old men or lady get there and need help ,I don’t like it,the breakfast very poor, was late and we don’t have other options,I don’t recommend to anyone

Hot as blazes in the room, with little relief as windows opened onto a noisy street. Odd that the shower window offered no privacy to the apartments just across the way. And slightly bothered that the fifth floor had only one fire escape- not at all comforting.

No AC in rooms as advertised -DO NOT STAY

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Hôtel Rallye & Entrées aux Bains de la Gruyère on July 5, 2025, in room 121. My family, who stayed in room next door, experienced the same issue and will also be submitting a complaint. We specifically chose this hotel for its advertised air-conditioned rooms and paid extra for this amenity. However, upon arrival, the air conditioning in my room was not working. We reported this to the front desk, and a staff member attempted to adjust the settings, assuring us the room would be checked while we were out for dinner. Upon our return, we found the room still uncomfortably hot. We reported the issue again, but despite promises to contact a technician, no one came. By 10:20 PM, we requested fans due to our discomfort, but they were never delivered, and later, no staff were available as they had gone home. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the premium we paid. The lack of follow-through and poor communication made our stay stressful, resulting in my family and I not being able to sleep. I kindly request a refund for this stay due to the failure to provide the promised amenities. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Buon soggiorno!

Siamo rimasti solo una sera, quindi non posso dare un giudizio a lungo termine, ma la nostro arrivo la reception è stata sin da subito cordiale e disponibile. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e la camera era spaziosa e coi letti confortevoli (più di altri hotel). Bagno molto bello e grande, arredi piuttosto nuovi. La presenza dell'aria condizionata (a differenza di molte altre strutture) mi ha fatto decidere sulla scelta di questo Hotel. A due passi dal centro è possibile raggiungere ristoranti, oppure cenare in hotel. Ho scelto di aggiungere la colazione a buffet, che è risultata piuttosto varia e con cappuccini fatti dalla macchinetta molto buoni (era nescafè). Bell'hotel, buone stanze, buona colazione. Il plus è stato l'ingresso gratuito per 3 ore al centro benessere a venti minuti da Bulle, in un paesino di montagna con una bellissima vista! Anche qui, bellissimo e rilassante, dopo una giornata passata a camminare per città. Consiglio la struttura. Il prezzo è ahimè in linea con i prezzi della Svizzera, non particolarmente a buon mercato, ma lo consiglio per la qualità che ho riscontrato!

Problème dans la chambre numéro 32 à cause du frigo non fonctionnel,changement de chambre proposé immédiat suite à notre mécontentement.Rideau de chambre, pas assez occultant réveillé trop tôt le matin à cause du jour. température de la chambre très élevée à notre arrivée compensée avec un ventilateur. D’autre part ,literie très correcte ainsi que l’accès au bain de la gruyère à 15 km de l'hôtel nous sommes déçus un peu du prix, un peu trop élevé par rapport aux prestations de la chambre.

Hotel ok dans une charmante ville

Hôtel proche du centre ville de Bulle, chambre spacieuse, buffet petit déjeuner avec un bon choix de produit. Malheureusement la clim de notre chambre ne marchait pas et nous avons été réveillé à 7h le lundi matin par les travaux de l'immeuble voisin en construction. Les bons pour les bains de la gruyère étaient sympas.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Bulle. Merci à la réceptionniste pour le bon accueil . Merci aussi à Yann au restaurant pour son amabilité. L’entrée aux thermes de Gruyère comprise dans prix de la nuit est vraiment un plus. Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes venus d’Alsace et tous étaient super content du séjour Merci
