We quickly left the room and went and requested a refund. The desk staff - Michael said the manager Meredith would refund our money the following day. We are still waiting on refund. "

"Everything was great except the shuttle. I was able to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel my first night. When I was checking in I asked about the shuttle for the next day and was told no problem as long as I’m within the time it runs. Next day I call in advance for the shuttle and there’s suddenly no shuttle available the whole day. Why advertise and even tell me there’s an airport shuttle when there isn’t? The only reason I booked is for the airport shuttle. Next time I’ll book somewhere $20 nicer with a reliable shuttle. Hate getting lied to by companies. "
