Well at least let them know that they appreciate people that stayed there. is more than just staying in a room to bring business interact with your guest. Let them know what they do and don’t like to bring in more business. go the extra step or the extra mile that’s what normal people would do."

"Stayed here many times since it's close to my jobsite up in Clarksville. Only ever had a single major issue and it was taken care of promptly after letting the staff know. The rooms are nothing special since it's a small hotel in a small town, but even on that scale it's still above average. Right on the main street so you can walk anywhere you want, and there's a brewery right next to the hotel if that's your kind of thing."
