"There’s no fridge in the room. If you have food that needs to stay cold, the staff will keep it in their fridge in the back. No shampoo in the room either. The room phone didn’t work. Besides that, the staffs are very friendly and nice. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. No soundproofing, so you can hear footsteps and noises from the ceiling and hallway (Sunday morning, woke up at 530AM and couldn’t go back to sleep until 730AM). The air conditioning works well, and the room interior looks good. The shower was pretty great. There’s a trashcan in the room, but the lid is kind of inconvenient. "

"Restaurant terrific. Pool pretty good. Decor of lobby and rooms horrific- 'garbage' motif exhausted in an uncomfortable way. I don't care to be surrounded by bullet scathed concrete walls as I sleep. "

"We continue to return because of the location. One thing that would make it better is a full length mirror in the room! Not having one makes it really difficult to get ready while the restroom is in use, since it has the only mirror."

"My room had a roach in it bigger than the one from that last episode Jujuitsu Kaisen then the downstairs security wouldn’t allow a guest who’s name was told to be staying the night up to the room causing him to have to sleep outside. Not one of my favorite stays. Shout out the hotel staffer that got me upgraded to a suite complimentary "
