"We showed up to the property for check-in around 7:45 PM and there was no staff in sight. The office had a sign saying they had been overbooked and that we'd have to reach out to Expedia to be refunded or relocated. Unfortunately there was no availability for miles so we were forced to drive 2 additional hours into Ridgecrest. It would have been nice to be informed before we arrived at the property."
