we were travelling to Ireland to bring my brother’s ashes back to bury him, I spoke to the owner of this house on the day of travelling only to be told they do not advertise their property with Hotels.com we were left stranded and having to sort out accommodation last minute, the owner tried to help us as Bunclody is a very small town and not plentiful of accommodation. We ended up finding somewhere which was not ideal as it was room only instead of a whole house with cooking facilities. Hotels.com have been absolutely useless and are ignoring my communication I have emailed numerous times to no avail. They are not explaining to me how they are advertising a property on their website without the owners permission, I can’t believe they have done that. We were left with shopping that could not be used as we had no cooking facilities or refrigeration, it was a complete nightmare. @Hotels.Com you should be ashamed of yourselves treating people like this!!!
