"We had a wonderful stay celebrating our daughter’s graduation. The house had everything available for a super relaxing vacation. The property was beautifully landscaped with gorgeous views of the lake and pool. There were a lot of spaces for family to gather together or enjoy separate spaces with the screened in porch, cabana, and sitting areas inside. I would highly recommend this home as it is a treasure."

"The views! A gorgeous spot with plenty of room. The host was very responsive and we had more than enough towels which was really nice. Watching the herons eat breakfast 25 feet from us was amazing. "

"Love lake life! Jo Ann the host was responsive but not intrusive. The rental home is lovely yet very dated and was a tad taken by its front curb appeal. Hence the 4 star. The sleeping porch is not private but the lake view is fabulous! Upgrades are made to the 3 bathrooms that were very nice and handy! Appropriate linen and ample bath supplies too! We got a care package too! (Thanks) The space worked great for us and family was happy! What makes this location is murray lake and this back yards newly built gazebo and dock! Wow! We had a small party on gazebo area! So perfect! We brought our 24 foot dual axel boat trailer and had to drop at marina 2 miles away and boat over to our rental. Could not drop boat at rental slip shown in vrbo picture. Not an issue just fyi This property has steep pathways to dock prolly not well suited for the “elderly” and be careful with “kiddos under 4”. we had a few minor scrapes and injuries from the paths. All in all it was a fabulous weekend also celebrating a daughter graduating from univ of South Carolina (45 minutes) away! Ideal set up suitable for us thanks again"

"Loved this house. Completely renovated recently in a modern but comfortable decor. Very clean. Great bed! The kitchen is well equipped and everything is labeled so you don't have to open five drawers to find a spoon. All the appliances appear new and work as expected. Plenty of pots and pans. View is outstanding and peaceful. Like the locked gate. Check in was a breeze. However, I came down to go fishing; no way I could launch my bass boat at the house ramp. There is too little room to maneuver the trailer without risking damage to the porch or trees. A smaller boat would probably be ok but not a 20 foot bass boat. That said, no big deal because a short two miles away is Siesta Cove Marina where you can launch and park your trailer 24 hrs a day. 5 ramp fee! Haven't seen a 5 ramp fee since dirt was rocks. I had a very peaceful three days and fishing was outstanding. This would be a great house for mom, dad and a couple kids. Highly recommend the entire process. Communication was excellent and I felt like the agent/owner was readily available if something came up. Nothing is perfect, but this is close! You won't be sorry."
