"It was wonderful to walk directly from airport to our room during a rainstorm and not have to go outside. The windows in the room are large and let in a lot of light. The hotel is beautiful. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and found the food and selection to be very good. The breakfast buffet had everything anyone could want. So many choices of both hot and cold breakfast items and many choices for beverages. A nice end to our vacation."

"The location is very central. Close to all touristic attractions, walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable, it’s like sleeping on a cloud. I also appreciated the pillows. I like a lower pillow and I loved that we had both the lower or higher pillows. We stayed for 3 nights and they were refilling the Nespresso, changing towels, and room cleaning if we chose it. It’s kind of less done in hotels nowadays. So if you are staying more than a day, you might not get room maintenance. I didn’t like their shower at all because the glass only goes halfway and the shower floor is at the same level as the rest of the bathroom. Even if you are very careful, the water goes on the floor of the bathroom. Also the shower floor is slippery but they had provided us with a bathtub mat which made it safer. Their breakfast was also very nice. It introduced us to danish specialties such as pålægschokolade. It is the Danish alternative to Nutella."

"The hotel location was excellent - at the edge of the historic city center and about 10 min walk from the main railway station! The room was pretty "compact" (fortunately we had only 1 mid-size luggage and a couple small backpacks), but it's okey for the price. I would only suggest to make the shower panels of different non-transparent material. Otherwise, when someone wanted to use it after dark and turned on the light, the whole room was illuminated! Regarding the breakfast, some rotation of the products would be appreciated... But nothing could beat the 360 city view from the breakfast cafe at 10th floor!"
