"We stayed in this house for two weeks in September, and could not have been more impressed. We have rented many houses over the years, and this one is a stand out, particularly the wonderful landscaping that included a variety of plants and trees (I think we counted 6-7 different varieties of food-bearing trees!). Also of note, which we had never experienced before, was the "self cleaning" nature of the pool which meant there were no bugs floating around or other detritus. Truly remarkable! Vanessa, our host, could not have been more accommodating and provided an abundance of helpful information. Pietro and Guisi were lovely, and around to help, when needed. As there were two different outdoor table locations around the house, providing two splendid views, we ate dinner at home every night, using the outdoor grill. For New Yorkers, this place was paradise! "

"We have stayed in various 5 star hotels, none compare to Borgo Vita Novella. What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. The breakfast and the lunch available was outstanding (Angela Grazie). Lastly the grounds and the pool were wonderful and well kept. It shows pride of ownership. The room was very spacious and clean. I will be returning back to Pachino to visit family, I will be bring our extended family, all staying at this wonderful resort. The views were beautiful from all areas of the resort. Ursula thank you for not cancelling my reservation because of my credit card issue and being kind. Christopher keep smiling thank you for your gentle nature and helping us out daily. Martina great service but her coffee was so delicious; Angela outstanding food, excellent chef! Happy for being happy. The room staff were attentive and welcoming daily, we felt at home. "Very clean and quiet place "

"I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms and outdoor seating with great views. The sunrises and sunsets were also incredible and I can honestly say that this was the best villa I have rented. Very tranquil but only 5 minutes drive from a beach. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore Ragusa, Siracusa and the surrounding area and to visit ispica and Bruno and Carmens American bar."

"This hotel is one of a kind exceptional. My sister, father and I stayed for 4 nights and on arrival we were immediately welcomed by wonderful staff and the hotel owner, who informed us they would feed us very well and look after us. This couldn’t be more true. Firstly, the food here is unbelievably good - the Pachino tomatoes are the sweetest you’ve ever tasted and the menu is delightful. So many choices for delicious fresh fish and the vegetables from their garden are delicious. The olive oil, vegetables and even the wine is grown by them. The atmosphere is really special, Villa Giulia somehow manages to create a wonderful calm environment where you feel at home instantly. The service was amazing, everyone who works here is lovely and it feels like you are welcomed into a Sicilian family immediately. Thank you so much for a perfect stay Villa Giulia."
