" The Gym was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. It had treadmills, stair machines, elliptical machines, full set free weights and good exercise machines. Room was roomy and clean. I did choose not to stay in an interior room at check in and was glad because my room had wonderful high windows and ceiling. The bar was a pleasant place to spend time. I did not do any breakfast, only coffee. "

"Overall, the room itself was decently clean, which I appreciated, but the extra costs and lack of basic amenities were really disappointing. Having to pay an additional $25 for parking on top of already booking the room felt excessive. On top of that, there were no basic utensils provided like many other motels usually offer, which was inconvenient. The vending machine prices were also outrageous — nearly $8 for a bottle of water is completely unreasonable. While the cleanliness was acceptable, the hidden costs and overpriced necessities made the stay feel far less worth it."

"This is a great option if you want to be close to the park. The shuttle is pretty easy to use and we got on every time. The hotel has a bar/restaurant too which is convenient. The rooms are well appointed and recently updated. We always stay here when we are going to Universal Studios."

"The Loews Hollywood is my hotel - I have stayed there every trip to LA from 2010 onwards. Great location, always a super clean room, the staff are always incredible and its a central location for me since I fly into Burbank and do business in Hollywood. Can't wait to head back"

" I recently stayed at The LINE Hotel Los Angeles in Room 532 on Friday May 1st, 2026 and wanted to formally express my severe disappointment with the condition of the room and the overall experience during my stay. The decor of the room was unacceptable for a hotel of this rating and the walls appeared unfinished with the lamp(s) tilted over. Given the hotel’s reputation and 4-star rating, the experience unfortunately fell far below expectations. The bed and sheets felt noticeably cheap and uncomfortable, which significantly impacted the quality of the stay. In addition, the blinds control in the room was not functioning properly, and the bathroom lights were fluctuating/flickering continuously to the point that it became genuinely uncomfortable and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. The room was also dirty as there were uncleaned cob webs/spider webs in the room (Please see the video links enclosed). What was most frustrating, however, was the complete lack of responsiveness from the front desk. I attempted to call multiple times throughout the stay — approximately five separate calls — and no one answered. This made it impossible to have the issues addressed in real time and left me feeling unsupported as a guest. The overall experience became so unacceptable that we ultimately decided to check out early at approximately 8:20 PM rather than continue the stay. Overall, this experience was not befitting of what is advertised as a 4-star hotel"
