We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Chicago. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Housekeeping came and cleaned our room each morning which was amazing. We had the worst time trying to get out of the parking lot at SeatGeek stadium after a concert.

Never ever stay here again ... And the run around to talk to Best Western corp office what a joke so sad will never stay at any of there properties again in my life and will let my friends and family all know what transpired .
