Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. Burford is jammed with visitors during the day even mid-week in mid-May. It's still fun to stroll the High Street and the side lanes and to visit the impressive church.
