"My room was never clean in 3 days I was there, I asked for my room to be cleaned and they kept telling me someone was coming to clean they never did!! I was very disappointed about that’s, I asked them for clean towels for my sister and I!! The staff were nice but they didn’t care about the room being dirty. The air conditioning was too loud in my room when it comes on, but the room was very nice and the property was very nice!!"

"It’s a basic motel in a “hotel row” part of town. Its economy, so you expect a certain degree of salt of the earth in the guests and locals. But it serves the purpose we need it for, a clean bed and cold room after traveling all day/night. The staff was friendly and helpful and I had a comfortable stay."

"Tru is a minimalist concept hotel. It would be perfect for a night or Two, but would probably not be as great for a longer stay. The rooms are small and no dresser to store your clothing. The public spaces have amenities that are great: pool table, ping pong, corn hole. Staff were always super kind and conversational."
