Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. "I really enjoyed the cooking facilities and lounge area on the first floor. As my room as small it was a good place to relax when I wasn't out and about.
I was a little apprehensive about the digital keys on the app at first but it worked very well. I was very pleased to be able to access my room early as it was available and to be able to leave my luggage and continue to use the communal areas for 7 hours between check out for the room and 6pm. Much appreciated as my train was at 4pm.
