"Everything about this place worked out for us. I must say that the staff was beyond exceptional. I don’t think I ever stayed at a place that had a better staff. There are plenty places to eat. There are places you can shop if you have free time. We stayed here for three nights and will stay here again if we are in the area."

"Stayed for a small conference. The hotel staff servicing the conference was excellent. The food at the conference was quite good. Facilities were in great shape. Rooms are comfortable, with excellent views of the river and downtown. Loved the rising table for those of us who like a standing desk!"

"Located next to First Ave station, and a block from Smithfield Ave with 24 hour stores, and almost always the cheapest stay in the city. Only downside is the staff isn’t the friendliest. Otherwise great."
