"We tried to get some ice and were told that they do not have any ice which is a basic necessity. Overall, not a bad place to stay."

"Check in was terrible ,lady would not let us in the front entrance wanted to know why we are there rooms are small in attic of a 50 year old house , bathroom was small cannot stand straight have to bend to use , shower barely had any space to move , squeeze your self to get to pot, overall would not recommend anyone unless they are stuck with it thru online reservation…"

"Management did not respond to us after a night where we were woken up by other guests; we made reasonable inquiries and as soon as the topic turned to a partial refund, communication ceased. The room was well air-conditioned, which is nice for London. As well the main lobby is quite posh."

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."

"The staff is by far the most customer-friendly & helpful I’ve met in past 4 years of periodic travel. Offered great dining tips, held our luggage & carried it out to the curb for us. That’s a definite 11 on the Spinal Tap scale. The room unfortunately had a few flaws which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Firstly, it’s my job to filter info where we stay, & while all the glowing reviews for this boutique hotel often mention “tiny” rooms & bathrooms, it’s a fair understatement. If I was...
