"The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the airport, walkable distance using the underground passage, very convenient. Be aware that there are no free shuttle, not suitable for people with limited mobility as its a long walk to the terminals. Hotel room was in a poor condition: dusty nightstand, floor did not look like it was fully vacuumed as we found things on the floor as we walked in. No refrigerator in the room. The bathroom size is small (not comfortable at all for average and above average person). Plus, the bathroom was not flushing well and needed 3-4 times to be fully flushed after each use. The worst part was the mattress on the bed. It was very soft and felt like you were on a water bed, without any back support. We only got one pillow each. Some staff were friendly and some were not. "

"It was perfect. Staff, service, hotel, etc, perfect. The breakfast has a ranged variety and tasty. Rooms have heated bathroom foors. We went to the rooftop bar. Great service and drinks. No complaints at all."
