"Stayed for 2 nights. Checked in and given a room on 2nd floor. AC unit was extremely loud by late night. After reporting to front desk staff the next day they immediately moved us to 4th floor. No issues that night. The staff was VERY friendly and responsive. Great customer service especially since the hotel had only been open couple of months. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Really loved how accommodating the property and staff were, we were passing through for a shooting competition so didn’t get to fully enjoy all the amenities but the staff went out of their way to provide us with an excellent experience regardless. Also really loved the intentionality with the restaurant. The kids menu was not just some cheap chicken nuggets it was well thought and just as luxurious as the adult’s meal. We will absolutely be returning and planning to spend more time enjoying the village."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn in Harrodsburg, KY. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and we felt welcomed during our stay. I especially want to mention Jen. She was absolutely amazing—so kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. She really made our stay extra special and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. People like Jen are what make a hotel experience memorable. ❤️ The only downside for us was that there was no pool, which would have been a nice extra, especially for families. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again."
