"Lovely room, excellent bathroom. Silvano was very helpful and recommended several excellent restaurants. Our favourite was Otto which was just next door. We were a little sceptical about Al Faro down near the port as the exterior looks a little shabby, however, once inside the trattoria is lovely and serves great food, a testament to this is that LOTS of Sicilian eat there"

"Amazing. One of the best places we have stayed . Very clean . Mini bar in room . Room cleaned every day. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice . The two brothers who run this place are fantastic- even parked the motorcycle at his sisters house for us nothing was too much trouble- supplied an iron , toiletries, towels, Plenty of shops / restaurants bars - a must is Murphy’s bar and Otto restaurant. "Really nice little B&B with lovely little terrace to sit on for breakfast. Incredibly friendly service who managed my inability to speak Italian very well, and helped me remotely when my morning pre-coffee brain locked myself out of the room! The location is a little hard to find from the address, but look out for signage on the streets. Breakfast was provided as croissants, and fruit with very nice coffee."

"They gave me a DIFFERENT room to what I bought. Much smaller and road facing, no "seaside view" as promised instead incessant scooter noise, wonderful. Immediately as we entered the room it was a pretty tragic vibe, worse than a hostel. None of the bedside lights worked and the furniture was in a terrible state. "The manager was the most helpful with parking that I've ever seen. He parked his car in an open spot to save it. Walked 1/2 mile with me back to my car. I drove back to the B and B while he directed me. Then he moved his car out of the spot so I could have it!"

"Hard to park: everywhere is residents only or pay per park. The owners tried to help us to park telling us, foreigners, "go to that street, you'll find that, go straight and turn there..."
