"Your staff were very warm, courteous, and helpful. However, the hotel’s décor, furniture, and bathroom tiles are quite tired, with chipped grout and visible wear. The hotel has wonderful charm and character, and a thoughtful facelift could refresh the property while preserving its unique appeal."

"Hotel was nice and did the job for the price. Annoyingly was made out that they had onsite parking but then was told that it needed to be booked in advance upon arrival."

"The room was small and basic, but newer and clean. The staff were quite nice and helpful. We chose the hotel because it was close to the train station, but it’s also pretty close to the walkable historic district."

"Nice looking Aparthotel in a great location. We had a standard studio which is a good size and basic kitchen facilities were fine for us. Breakfast was good quality and plenty to choose from. Only downside was the room was quite stuffy even with low 20”s outside so could not imagine what it would be like in a heatwave. The fan was good but quite noisy."
