"Fireplace don't work, no heat, it was very cool , bathroom was dusty and shower walls dirty. Staff were nice . Breakfast was ok for a dry centennial. No eggs or waffles etc when asked to change rooms cause I was in a dungeon with a window at least 10 feet high, was told there was none even tho there was a vacancy sign up. Not a happy customer . "

"It was nice to go to a hotel with a little bit of personality the room is spacious and quiet. The only disappointment was no hot food for breakfast eggs bacon etc. Everything else was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean and enjoyable. "

"No toilet paper in the room, had to go get some after using the toilet. Not allowed to flush toilet paper so had to pile it in the garbage can. "

"The suite was clean, the sheets/bedding very comfortable, some croissants and coffee left for me to have. Very eco-friendly environment with a lovely view of the gardens. This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. "
