1. Welcome and Enjoy!
- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by the 11am. Let us know if you need any flexibility. Late check-out is subject to a $50 fee. Please be mindful of this as we usually have cleaners scheduled and guests checking in by 3pm.
2. Smoke-Free Home:
- Please keep our home smoke-free. If you need to smoke, kindly use the designated outdoor area. Please note that smoking inside will result in a $200 fee.
3. Keep it Cozy:
- Our place is perfect for relaxation, so no parties or events, please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
4. Pet Policy:
- We love animals, but pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please let us know if your pet will be tagging along.
5. Room for Everyone:
- Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
6. Be a Good Neighbor:
- Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
7. Stay Clean & Tidy:
- We appreciate you keeping the place clean. Please use the trash bins provided.

- Feel free to park in the front driveway. Just be sure not to block any other driveways.
