Completely renovated one bedroom apartment in historical 1845 house. New kitchen with open floor plan and island that seats 4. Super comfy futon in the living room if you need an extra bed. New bathroom with modern feel juxtaposed with a classic claw foot tub. All brand new amenities with a touch of historical flair: high speed wifi, 65" tv, new hardwood floors through out, AC and heating controls. 7 minute walk to Church St. Close to UVM and Champlain College. One off street parking spot.

Nice apartment in Burlington
This is a nicely renovated apartment. Clean and comfortable and a good location. Walking distance to restaurants etc...and close to UVM. Will stay here again.
