"The check in was simple. I had added another night but it really wasn't a big deal and they let us just stay in the same room. Asked the woman at the front desk for a couple paper plates and she offered cutlery and napkins as well. So friendly. The room was clean and as expected. "

"Clean, comfortable and with friendly staff. However, regarding sustainability and eco-friendliness, it is terrible. Every morning, huge amount of garbage is produced in this place. Whatever you might need for breakfast is available in single use plastic containers. The utensils are also plastic and thrown in the garbage. I hope they will do something to improve the situation and go grean. "

If I could change one thing it would be the dining experience - everything else was dealt with care and thoughtfulness, I think the dining experience could be improved to make this hotel stand out from any other.
