"Perfect"

"Check in staff was wonderful, and Matthew in particular was a wealth of information when we needed help the second night. And a delight to visit with. However, we tried to eat on the 19th floor the first night and service was very poor and the second day my room was never cleaned. Friendly staff, but a mixed bag on results. "

"Overall the hotel presents nicely, is in a great location, and the staff was friendly. Even though there is a sign about hanging towels will not be replaced, they replaced them anyway. We didn't use the bar or have the breakfast. The worst part of the trip was that you cannot exactly control the AC. It was 80F in our room when we arrived and could not get the AC to run for more than 5 minutes before it shut itself off. Luckily it was cooler during our trip and we ended up cracking a window. We let the front desk know the next morning and they said they would have someone check it out. I don't know if someone came to work on it while we were out but it didn't resolve the issue. We weren't in the room much during the day but the nights were honestly miserable. Even more so after showering so we just started taking cold showers to cool off and not make the room feel like a sauna. We asked for help operating the thermostat thinking maybe we didn't understand, but that didn't help either."

"Reception staff were not the friendliest. Only one bottle of water in the room, with two guests, I had to ask for more and even then it wasn’t brought to the room. The walls were thin and you could hear other guests like they were in your room. The reception area was extremely noisy at night. The water was cold for ages, you had to run the tap or the shower for several minutes until you got any hot water. I’ve stayed at Marriott several times but this location was disappointing."

"Excellent location. Great restaurant/bar off the lobby and coffee bar. It's my favorite place to stay in the Rittenhouse area."

"The hotel is in a great location and the staff very friendly. Having a Starbucks in the lobby for grab and go breakfast was very nice. There were some issues with our room but they were brought to the attention of the staff directly. If noise is an issue for you, I suggest to avoid "connecting" rooms, as the noise from the next room is easily heard. The Art Bar in the lobby and the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse are the only restaurants in the hotel but there are lots of options within a quick walk (along with great shopping)."
