The sofa in the TV room was worn and stained, and the screened in patio was in need of power washing and cushion replacements for the sofa. "This house is great for a family and friend’s getaway. We stayed for the weekend and had reservations for the Austin Steam train ride, but unfortunately they canceled because of cold weather. Good location close to Cedar Park. Host response was very pleasant. "
